Ultrasonic Controller and Ferroelectric Transducer

Physically, the Model 10G is 2.75 inches high, 10.00 inches wide, 9.00
inches deep, and weighs approximately 7.5 lbs. The transducers used with the 10G are avail
able in a variety of configurations designed for specific needs and/or applications.

Functionally, the Model 10G with transducer supplies the ultrasonic power to a bonding machine which employs the ultrasonic bonding technique.

All operator controls and indicators for the Model 10G are located on the front panel of the
1 unit, while all power and signal connections are made at the rear.
